CAMPING FAQ


WHEN CAN CAMPERS MOVE IN?

Campers can move in starting Wednesday, July 24 at 10 AM 

Campers must vacate by 11 AM Sunday, July 28 or register and pay El Dorado Lake if they plan to stay longer.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS I CAN CHECK IN FOR CAMPING?

Wednesday, July 24 10 AM – 10 PM

Thursday, July 25 10 AM – 10 PM

Friday, July 26 10 AM – 6 PM

Saturday, July 27 10 AM – 6 PM


DO I NEED A SPECIAL WRISTBAND TO ENTER THE CAMPING AREA?

Yes, you will need to have a camping wristband to enter the camping area


CAN I PURCHASE A CAMPING WRISTBAND WITHOUT PURCHASING A CAMPSITE?

No, camping wristbands are not available for purchase without a campsite.


WHAT IS ALLOWED AT CAMPSITE:

RV Campsites in DAM Eagle Pass, DAM Frontier and DAM Oak are allowed 1 RV and 2 tents.  1 vehicle parking pass is included in camping package.  Additional parking passes can be purchased for $30.00.  A maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted on each site.  Vehicles must fit in campsite.  Vehicles parked on the road or on neighboring campsites without permission will be towed at the owner’s expense.  

Primitive Plus and Primitive camping are allowed 2 tents.  1 vehicle parking pass is included in camping package. Additional vehicle parking passes can be purchased for $30.00.  A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted on each site. Vehicles must fit in campsite.  Vehicles parked on the road or on neighboring campsites without permission will be towed at the owner’s expense.  

DAM RV Park is allowed 1 RV on each site. 1 vehicle parking pass is included in camping package. Additional vehicle parking passes can be purchased for $30.00.  A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted on each site. Vehicles must fit in campsite.  Vehicles parked on the road or on neighboring campsites without permission will be towed at the owner’s expense.    

Trailers and boats are allowed to be parked on your campsite.  Both are considered a vehicle for this event and both require a parking pass.  


HOW DO I PURCHASE AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE PASS FOR MY CAMPSITE?

Additional camping parking passes may be purchased prior to the event by calling 316-866-2940 or at the event at any ticket booth.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN STAY AT MY CAMPSITE?  

12 max  


WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RV CAMPING AND PRIMITIVE CAMPING?

Primitive is mostly tent camping with no amenities.  (no electricity or sewer hookups)


DAM Frontier & DAM Eagle Pass feature full service water, sewer, and 30 or 50 AMP electrical.


DAM Big Oak has limited service water and 30 AMP electrical.


DAM RV Park has electrical only, available in 30 AMP 


WHAT DO I NEED TO GET POWER TO MY CAMPSITE IN THE DAM RV PARK?

Must have a minimum of 25’-50’ electrical cord to run from your RV to the power source.  Electrical cords will be available for purchase onsite from Flint Hills RV.

 CAN I BRING MY GOLF CART?

No personal golf carts are allowed at the DAM Music Fest unless you are a sponsor.  (Additional rules apply.)

WHERE CAN I PICKUP CAMPING WILL CALL?

Camping will call will be located at the ticket booth on the west side of the festival grounds near the camping entrance.


ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?  

No animals are allowed in the concert area excluding service animals.  (Must provide appropriate paperwork.)  All animals must be on leash and owners must have DAM Music Fest & Oasis Productions as an additional insured on their home owner’s insurance.  


ARE THERE ADDITIONAL CAMPING RULES?

Quiet Hour is daily at 2AM.

All camp fires must be in a fire pit and adhere to local restrictions/burn bans.  

No trespassing is allowed.  Anyone caught trespassing will be subject to arrest

No weapons allowed including conceal/carry permit holder(s).  No tolerance policy – anyone with a weapon will be removed from concert grounds immediately. 

NO ATV’s are allowed on the premise.
